Returns & Refund Policy

Our products are bespoke made to order items. Even so, you have 14 days from the date your order was placed to claim a refund if you change your mind about your purchase. If your order has already been processed and your product shipped when you register your claim, you must pay for return postage. In order to claim a refund, products must be unopened and unused and packaging and tamper labels must be intact. Send an email to ichangedmymind@myperfectreplica.com and follow the instructions you’ll receive by email.

We offer a full refund or replacement product when a mistake has been made with your order and the wrong item has been sent to you or when the product you received was damaged on arrival. In such cases, follow the instructions given on our assistance page, which is linked in the footer. Return postage is free and replacement items will be shipped as soon as the returned goods have been processed. Products must be unopened and unused and, excepting damage on arrival, packaging and tamper labels must be intact.

We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
